If you’ve stopped by Harvest on Main lately, there’s a good chance you’ve already tasted her cooking — from Lemon Basil Chicken to fresh seasonal salads and scratch-made soups.
This week, Blakely was featured in @TribLive, sharing more about her approach to cooking with intention, and why she felt called to be part of bringing fresh food back to Sharpsburg. “This is food that we hope people want and need,” says Blakely.

At Second Harvest, Phillip—our Chief Morale Officer—is often the one helping folks out and keeping the mood a little lighter along the way.
Harvest on Main opened in March to serve neighbors along this stretch of the Allegheny. It’s built around a simple idea: good food should be within reach. Inside you’ll find fresh produce, meats, pantry staples, and a few familiar local items at prices that help make everyday meals a bit easier. There’s also a prepared food counter with sandwiches, soups, and baked dishes made in-house, often from recipes our team grew up with.
If you’re nearby, stop in to say hello to the team, and try something new.
